CLIENTELE PERKS - BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME
I'm appalled and disgusted in the way this company handled a cancellation request of their perks programme
An email was sent to *** on the 23rd of September 2023. Up to and including the 9th of Novmeber 2023 this had still not been cancelled
I spoke to someone who informed me that they would sort it out and a refund would be done for the 2 months that were deducted and it would take approximately 30 days
Today, 5th of Jan, the refund has yet to be received, granted it is only R280 but its the principal of the matter.. only to be told there is in fact NO refund due suddenly.. no actual vouchers have been used either
So to sum it up, your perks programme is an abomination and I hope no one else has this problem as they will take the money but will refuse to give it back after saying it would be refunded
