Clientele: Nowhere to be found in your time of need
I have spent the entire morning trying to get hold of a consultant. I have not only called the ***, I requested multiple call backs from the website, sent a message on Facebook, as well as using the WhatsApp service and not received any form of assistance. This is supposed be a company that helps paying clients in a time of emergency and grief. The lack of care and service is not only alarming but incredibly disappointing.
