Clientele lying and *****ing clients money

Clientele is the biggest bunch of ***** and *******,first of all misleading the public with their adverti*****ts.You think when you take out a cover with them that you will be covered in a emergency.My husband was admitted to hospital and had to undergo an emergency operation for a bowl opstruction.It was life threathning he was in ICU for 2 days and another 6 days in hospital.Afterwards we send them the claim forms.After a week they rep**** and said the claim was not succesful they will not pay the benefits.That my husband had a hernea problem since 2016.How pathetic, they are eager to take off your payments each month ,sometimes twice a month *****ing our money.But when it comes to a claim they have all sorts of excuses to do a payout.This is ****************.We also have a funeral plan with them.Want to cancel both policies, just in case they wont pay our funerals ,they have to many excuses.Clientele is *****ing people hard earned money to benefit themselves.Totally disgusted with this Company.
