clientele life refusing to pay out funeral cover

hi i am Percy Sithole, i took a funeral cover with clientele, and paying R151monthly, my sister has past away and now they tell me she was not covered on the comprehensive policy i took. they were happily debiting the amount of money in my account but failed to mention. she is not cover as they claim. i took a their comprehensive funeral cover for a reason. but now they telling me she is not covered but then why i was paying for 4 people and now telling me i am the person covered on the policy.
