Clientèle life policy cancellation

I emailed clientèle to cancel my policy and get a refund before 31 days period end. They emailed back saying that they will be in touch after 2 working days. It's been 3 weeks now. I tried calling with no success I will like to cancel the policy and get a refund back. I am a student and can't afford to pay the policy anymore

Dear Lesedi T, We confirm that our attempt to contact you on the cellphone number provided to address all raised concerns resulted in no success. Your policies have been terminated.  Our feedback regarding the concerns raised refers:  Regarding your cancellation dispute, our records indicate that we hold no record of your request to cancel the policy prior to this complaint.
