Clientele life is useless

I’m so angry and disgusted of how you guys treat your customers ... you so quick to demand money but when it time to pay noyhing ... my mother is grieving she’s just lost her husband and you guys are just making her run up and down .... she called in last week and was told she must submit documents and in 24/48 clearance would be made for her payment .... she called again Friday and was told no no there’s a document missing etc , which she provided again ... and was told again to wit 48hrs again ... she called again today same thing and what makes me sick she speaks with different people every day and they all tell her different stories every day ... how about you employ competent people that do their jobs properly and stop treating old people like puppets .... I’m really disgusted at your service and you portray yourself to be the best. Nxaa
