CLIENTELE LIFE IS ROBBING PENSIONERS
I'm writing this on behalf of my grandmother - she was stopped by a Clientele Life cover agent one day in town on some sort of T-SHIRT ****, ever since then Clientele has been taking more than R600 per month from her account. While her only income is her Sassa Grant. In December they've deducted it twice for some reason, leaving her plans ruined. We went to Capitec to try and stop or block it, but unfortunately they couldn't help and they unfortunately are not helpful over the phone, that's IF THEY ANSWER. It's a complete sin robbing a pensioner from the little she gets to survive on.
