Clientele life insurance brokers **** ALERT

Clientele life has ****med me using the field agents or what they call insurance broker that you find in the malls . The told me we were just sending out and enquiry and I will be contacted by Clientele to explain the product and they asked for my card to swipe it in their speed point so they verify if my account is active only to find that they were setting up or accepting a debit check without my authorisation . Now 3 months later I see a debit order that I cannot reverse and when I call clientele they told me that there's nothing they can do the account is over 30 days old . Worse they took my emergency money and the are refusing the reverse it . I asked that they cancel the policy that I did not agree to and they say they will only cancel after 30 days and they will be debiting me again this month .
