Clientele life 😡
I'm so disappointed in the service Clientele life offered my mother. The consultant called my mom and offered a service. My mom was busy doing shopping and the consultant persisted that they carry on, 😑 I guess he was desperate for a sale.
My mom told the consultant that she is interested and want to cover more people, but she doesn't have their details at the moment. The consultant continued to persist that they continue with the sale, he'll call my mom on Monday to take details.
My mom has been waiting for the call since then 🙄 On the 25th of October 2023, my mom was so surprised to see R531.00 being debited from her account, but not all her details were taken, she doesn't even have a policy number.
What nonsense is this??? The Consultant's name is Tebogo. Is clientele life hiring ****mers now?
Clientele life better do something about this!!!
