They have reps all over the place, one minute they ask for your number the next there's a deduction that's not authorized (no Debi check authorization for this one in particular) and it's so hard to get it reversed or canceled and when they actually return the money they never give full refund. Four people now who fell victim to this **** that I had to help with sending emails to try n cancel this and get the money back
