Clientèle keeps taking my money for a policy I never agreed to!!

Clientèle has continuously took money from my account without my permission, an amount of R385 has been taken for a number of months. All I'd done was speak to one of their agents that are usually at malls and he took my number and said they'd be in contact, we didnt come to any agreement but no one called me. When they took my money at the end of that month I called to ask them to refund me because I didn't take out a policy and they claimed that they couldn't but they would cancel it for me. After them "cancelling" it, they took money again about 2 months later. I sent an email that they didn't respond to. I tried calling again and they told me my account had lapsed because I hadn't paid in 3 months, I was relieved thinking I was finally outside of this problem only to be suprised again when they took it. I went to my bank to stop the debit orders but I can't seem to get them to stop. My only option has become changing my banking details. They have had me feeling completely hopeless and broken as I'm unemployed and I already don't get much income, they continously take and take and take.
