Clientele keeps money but no rewards given

So I paid my 300 rand via debit order. But after a week or so I cancelled as the products were not beneficial for me I phoned them saying they must cancel and refund my money....as I never used any of there products and never received there airtime neither. Just to be told I had 5 days cooling off time. So I paid my 300 rand then why was all my rewards taken away...but they kept my 300 rand..watch out for clientele....keep your money but no rewards.. ..discussed...
