CLIENTELE is pathetic!

I signed up with Gold rewards before doing my homework. This was en error on my behalf. I emailed them on the 21 April 2021 with instructions to cancel this. The debit order went off on the 4th May 2021 and low and behold you cannot get hold of these people to rectify this. Numerous requests to phone me, numerous email to contact me and NOT one response. My word how the after sales service of Clientele has deteriorated.
