Clientele is *******ly debiting my bank account

I entered into a contract with B3 Funeral, which used Clientele as their underwriter. Around July, B3 informed me that they had terminated their contract with Clientele and entered into a new agreement with a different underwriter. Since I have no contract with Clientele, I did not expect them to debit my account. However, on October 15, 2025, Clientele debited money from my account. When I inquired, they told me I should terminate my contract with them, but as far as I know, I never had a contract with them. Clientele is *******ly debiting my bank account.
