CLIENTELE IS **********

I would like some assistance on behalf of my mother. She has been trying to get her encashment from Clientele since 27 November 2019 and till now they refuse to assist her.

My mother is bed bound and needs her funds to get medical assistance, i have tried everything to help but failed. Clientele accused us of ***** and i had to find a wheelchair and transport to move her to a police station to get all documents verified and even this clientele refuses to honour. From November 2019 till now we have spent more than R500 in airtime just calling them and that money has gone down the drain as well instead of helping my mother.

It is really heartbreaking not to be able to do anything, every time we call to complain they put us on hold and hang up. Is the money even still there? Why cant they come to the house and assist her if they claim her request is **********.
