Clientele is a ****

Clientele sales person are purposefully giving people wrong information. I fall for their tricks, the person approached me and asked if i was interested in taking out a policy, i said i have one if its a better offer i will take it. She asked for my details id number and banking details and i did. She said she needed that information so that when clientele calls the wont have to start from scratch. I never received a call for me to consent.
