Clientele is a huge **** and *****ulent company

Hello Peter I'm writing in order to get clarity from clientele as a company realy they are the pits my mom who is on pension is being debited her pension money a whole r471 she hasn't been given anything to approve the policy or whatever it is nor documents of the policy commencement she talked to a consultant and said she doesn't want a policy because she does not work anymore and cannot afford it and will revisit it if she has money to do so the consultant registered it without her giving out her ID or any personal information like the bank account details where do they get them it's ridiculous really this is ***** in so many ways we've been trying to call their number we constantly waiting and running out of airtime I even sent emails no response it's exhausting please cancel the policy and refund her it's her pension money it's clear she's over 65 why would she be intrested in a new policy after paying so many policies for so many years.
