CLIENTELE IS A BIG SAMMER!!!

CLIENTELE is a bigger sammer and I'm so frustrated and so done with them, I had a policy with them that after I've realised it's too expensive compared to other insurance companies I decided to cancel before the 7 days was over.

Now this month they had debited me R1 215 twice which make a total deduction of R1 430. I have CANCELED THIS POLICY!!! I phoned and I was told do I have a proof of cancellation? I said I did not receive anything on my emails even the paperwork was not sent to me when I signed for that insurance over the phone. They do everything over the phone when you sign up AND i DID THE SAME FOR THE CANCELLATION BUT NOW THEY WANT A PROOF FROM WHERE??

I'm definitely taking this further IWANT MY MONEY BACK!
