Clientele *****ing money from pensioners

I am a pension 67 and I met a guy at the mall and he was telling me about a policy then said he will check if I qualify for it, he then took my ID number and name next thing they are debiting my SASSA grant money direct from SASSA then I called to cancel amd spoke to a lady called Lerato Putuka who ensured me that the policy is canceled and my money will be refunded but they didn't cancel they took money again this month and when I call the call centre they hang up on me... Clientele is *****ing money pensioners and they treat us like **** when we want our money back. I hate that I even spoke to that young man who is a ******** who took money from me without my concern.
