Clientele Hospital Plan
I have a Clientele Hospital Policy for myself & daughter it is to my understanding that the policy will pay out R20 000 per hospital stay for admissions more than 3 days. And an additional R2000 per day after 10 days. In 2023 my daughter was hospilised for a month I submitted all required documentation and the payout I received was a just around R1000, I had hospital bills to cover and that hospitalization. Again in 2024 her admission continued for 14 + days all required documentation submitted and the payout was again a R1000 I'm truly disappointed as I been cheated by clientele now I'm facing hospital bills in which if the correct payout was made I could have covered the costs. Disappointed Client.
