Clientele Hospital plan
Clientele Life hospital plan is the worst plan ever. After submitting all the necessary documents as per their requirements, I was confident that my claim would be processed smoothly and efficiently. However, despite complying with all your requests, I have been met with nothing but delays and unsatisfactory responses. It now seems that your team is coming up with excuses and stories to avoid processing my claim.
This situation is highly unacceptable and has caused me undue stress as a widow and inconvenience. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and transparency from Clientele Hospital Plan.
