Clientele hospital cover is a ****

I opened a Clientele Hospital Policy for my parents when the clientele consultant explained to me that they will pay out R20 000 per hospital stay for admissions more than 3 days. And an additional R2000 per day after 10 days. When i went through policy documents after a couple of months, it's stated that they will only pay out R2000 not R20 000 per hospital stay >3 days, and an additional R200 per day for stays>10 days. I called today and they confirmed this. The consultant clearly misled me and intentionally gave wrong information just to get me to open the policy. Today when I call Clientele requesting the recording, the other consultant says they can't access the recording and they can't give me the name of the person who gave me wrong information. On top of that, they still want to charge me for the notice period.
