Clientele Has The Worst Customer Service!!!

Clientele doesn't care about there customers!! As soon as they have your account details they just keep on debiting without me receiving the actual policy document. Its been almost a year and I keep asking for the same thing!! Since you clearly do not care about me as a Client, please rather cancel my policy there. I am so disappointed in Clientele, your consultants are so quick to call when someone wants to join but should you have a problem, they will keep you on hold until you run out of Airtime.
