Clientele Harassment

I've opted out, several times. I've spoken to the call centre and explicitly asked the team to remove my details. Notwithstanding, the Clientele robo-dialer keeps calling and keeps playing the company's prerecorded message. You're now on notice: I'm tracking every call made to me and if it doesn't stop, I'll ask my attorney to file for a formal protection order pursuant to the Harassment Act.

No, don't contact me; that's the point. I'm sick and tired of hearing from Clientele. Just see to it that no one from your company calls me again... thank you.

We confirm that we have requested for your details to be removed from our database and have been blacklisted from receiving any direct marketing calls and messages with all our affiliates.

Furthermore, we can confirm that all our data is received from external suppliers. This data is sourced through multiple channels, namely, Credit Bureaus, Public Domain Information and Data Acquisitions.

As per your request we have since removed your details from our database which takes 3 months for everything to be cleared completely. However, other companies who receive their information through the same channels may have your details and you could still be contacted for other promotional campaigns. Therefore, to prevent same from happening in future, please ensure that your information is listed on the 'Do Not Contact' list. You confirmed that you have followed the process and removed your details.

It is important to note that all our suppliers must adhere to national legislation and their data is checked against the national 'Do Not Contact' list hosted by the DMA. More information on this can be found at www.dmasa.org.

We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regards. You have confirmed that you are satisfied with the outcome and we would like to thank you for providing us the opportunity to resolve this matter.
