Clientele harassing and abusing my cell number - don't ever let them get hold of your number

Clientele have managed to get hold of my cell number and their automated promotion machine is calling me 2x a day Monday to Friday. I have been blocking their numbers every day and so it just calls me from a new number for the past two weeks. This became a huge issue and annoyance since I am not interested in any of their service and they have put me off for life. Please can anyone assist in how to get rid of them and if this is legal for companies like this to harass a person on a daily bases. In meetings I even get calls from them. Why is this allowed SA?
