Clientele great customer service and conflict resolution
I had a delayed cash back bonus payment for my policy with Clientele. Thanks to Hello Peter, my issue was resolved as soon as possible by Clientele and the payment was made within 2 days. I'm very grateful and I'm a happy customer again. Thank once again to Lindiwe Mabizela for the explanation on system error that occurred hence my payout was not processed on time. Lindiwe is very patient and an excellent conflict resolver, and offer super excellent customer service.
