I'm humbled by the service I've experienced during encashment claim, after my Mother's passing .Silindile Mthethwa as the assessor went an extra mile into making sure that I send all necessary documents .She really made things easy for me,air time was loaded during the first call and encashment amount within 24hrs even when I started panicking because I was running behind schedule time as we were approaching Saturday.
