I spoke to Bongi Mthethwa that said I could cancel within my 30day cool off period when a day later I requested cancellation which is today I was told they can't. The policy holders name is not the correct name either it's someone I don't know.
Clientele are ripping people off and lying to people, as well as insuring incorrect people with your banking details I am shocked.
I am taking this further to the ombudsman due to my account getting debited for someone on a policy I don't even know & I was **** to that I could cancel before the 30day period today is next day & I am told I can't.
