Clientele

I took out a funeral policy for my parents in 2003 may father passed away 6/10/2015. Clientele paid out R19,814.26 the current value of the policy is R33,000.00 and from 2003 until 30 September 2025 I have paid R119,179.52 (R66,365.326) I referred my concerns to their Complaints Arbitrator's and the response I received from the Complaints Arbitrator is the policy is in line with the terms and conditions, and that the policy is still active and the insured life is on risk - my mother is 83 years old. This totally unacceptable how many Clientele clients pay these excessive amounts.
