Clientele exploiting pensioners.

I called into clientele to get assistance for my father in law. The automated system gave me an option to select if I'm calling on behalf of a policy holder (2). I spoke to Nthabeleng and she disputed that there is the option mentioned above. I then went on to request her Manager and she simply placed me on hold and never got back to me.
