Clientele early debit orders

Hi, can anyone give me advise on what my options are please? I joined clientele awhile ago and about 3-4 months ago I noticed that they are debiting me before the date that I agreed to. I agreed to the 25th or the first business day after the 25th of each month but I have noticed that they start debiting me on the 15th... I have email them called the and even spoke to them when they called me to sell me more products. and asked them to move the date or get some ine to call me that can help me with this.. Still nothing today they debited me again. Payday is on Saterday and nou i dont have any fund in my account for petrol for the month which mean i will have to transfer money from my investment account which cost penalties and so on... I have reached the point that i just want to go to my bank terminate my debit and reverse the last 3 just for all the inconvenience and additional banking fees they have cost me. If anyone has advise on this please let me know... I'm tired of beging them to fix this.

Dear hfdhanekom
As per our telephonic discussion, we confirmed that your debit date was on the 21st of every month.  As per your request we have changed it to the 25th of every month effective from December 2018. It is important to note that should your debit date fall over a weekend or public holiday, your account will be debited  on the working day before or after the public holiday/weekend.
We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We trust that this is all you require at this time, however feel free to contact us again should you need any further assistance.
