Clientele ****

I would like a response this morning, in connection with the deduction from our savings account from Capitec bank for a policy that was cancelled by us. Up to date, you have been delaying repayment for a policy that does not exist. You have requested the details of the account that the money was deducted from, and that has been supp**** to you, and that has been done. This has been confirmed by you via email from your office. This appears to be a delaying tactic to repay what you have deducted from our account after we notified you that we were not interested in the policy any more. Your consultants that are supposed to help your clients are a lot of ****mers. I now have no other option but to contact facebook and other parties concerned about your wheeling and dealing in an attempt to make money from customers. I will also contact the competition tribunal and tell them about the way your company ****s people out of their SASSA pension funds. I have all the information I need to do this. Bank statements Date and time of *****ulent transaction. Telephone numbers of the company (CLIENTELE) Your company has had enough time to sort this problem out, and now that they have been caught out, do not want to do anything about it. I think that people need to know about how CLIENTELE does business with the public, and how they **** people.

The query will only be resolved when the funds reflect in account, And no further attempts are made to withdraw premiums from said account

It appears that they are used to making empty promises ,hoping that this will take the attention away from the way they conduct their business dealings with victims they have managed to con.
I would advise that people go to Hello Peter, and read the reviews about the business dealings of this company.
it is amazing that a company can get away with what they are doing to elderly people , who appear to be rich pickings.
They continue to do the same thing over and over again, and don't expect anyone to do anything about it
Why senior management does not do anything about this problem I do not know.
I have sent NUMEROUSE Email to the CEO enquiring about this problem, up to date: No response

Clientele is still busy with the empty promises that they keep on making.
Here are the details of the last person that we dealt with that made promises , and never kept them:

Clientele has finally paid back the money that they took without approval from our savings account,
This does not mean that the company can be trusted not to try the same stunt again with someone else further down the line. It appears that this is a growing trend of this company.
I will never trust them in any business dealings again.
As I mentioned previously, be careful of companies like this.
All that they are after is your money, while giving you promises that mean nothing. Money means more
To anyone with the same problem, don't let up, and ask for documentation when entering into any agreement.
Also make certain that what are paying for is what you get.
Also check that your personal details have been entered correctly by the sales agent.
Make 100% certain of all these things, and what you want is what you get
Just remember that it is your hard earned earnings that you are using.
Thanking you
