Clientele do better
A pensioner, related to me contacted Clientele several times requesting to cancel the debit order as they can no longer afford it. What does Clientele do? Continue with its monthly debit order deductions. Im so angry

My uncle whatsapped the number you gave me and chatted to a consultant and unfortunately his query was not resolved.
He was asked for a pin/password of which he can not recall.
He gave the consultant all the other details, I.e policy number, picture of his I.D, etc and still they could NOT terminate the contract.
