Clientele debit orders

I'm getting clientele life deductions from bank, I've never joined any clientele life policy, these deductions started in December 2021 and I have reversed that particular debit order. Nothing was deducted in the months of January and February 2022 but R255 was deducted in the month of March 2022. I need these debit orders cancelled by clientele because I didn't join any policy
