Not Happy with Clientele. Really they phone you and said they will give you shopping vouchers and they do not then they make you write a good review on this site while they are on the phone waiting for you to finish. They just want you to pay thats it don't care. Not my firts problem with them either

As per our telephonic discussion, the policy was still within a Cooling off period and the refund process was explained to you by Monica Ngubane.
