CLIENTELE CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS

I have never seen such terrible service in my life!. It's funny how easy it is for these companies to debit our accounts and find it so HARD to cancel and refund us our premiums!!!. I have been in contact with one of the stuffs from Clientele Life for more than a week trying to cancel a policy. Also, they keep asking for documents in drips and draps. Why can they not send ONE reply/email with ALL requirements???. Till today it is still not canceled. It doesn't end there. In the process of canceling they debit the account for this month's premium - how ridiculous is that???. On their auto-reply email, they say they will respond within 2 working days. It is now that 48 working hrs and have not yet heard from them!!!. CLIENTELE LIFE SERVICE STINKS!!!
