Clientele cold calls V2
Clientele Life has started cold calling me again. I'm pretty sure this is against the new POPI laws. They previously confirmed that I was removed from their contact list.... https://www.hellopeter.com/clientele-life/reviews/clientele-endless-cold-calls-***

17 Aug 2021, 15:59Dear Michael T,
At the outset, we would like to take this opportunity to apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with regards to the calls, we assure you it is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We confirm that we have successfully removed your details from our database, and should the calls continue from this day on please let us know once again so we can investigate further on the issue. We confirm that all our data is received from external suppliers. This data is sourced through multiple channels, namely, Credit Bureaus, Public Domain Information, and Data Acquisitions. Furthermore, it is important to note that other companies who receive their information through the same channels may have your details and you could still be contacted for other promotional campaigns. Therefore, to prevent the same from happening in the future, please ensure that your information is listed on the 'Do Not Contact' list. All our suppliers must adhere to national legislation and their data is checked against the national 'Do Not Contact' list hosted by the DMA. More information on this can be found at www.dmsa.org. We trust you find this in order, however, should you require any further assistance please feel free to contact us again. Yours sincerely,
