Clientele Cancellation process

Few weeks ago I met a Clientele life sales Agent at a mall, they said they wanted to check if I would qualify for a policy, and promised me no policy was will be signed up on my name without my consent, and somebody from clientele would call me and explain all the policy options them if I'm interested, I can join. writing here I'm so upset because I never heard anything from Clientele life, no call no sms but I woke up with a Debit 0rder of R216 from Clientele. I don't even know what policy I'm signed up for, I feel like like I have been day light ******, I need the damn thing cancelled , 'm so upset!!
