clientele

Clientele has done it again!!! my dad has a policy with these ********. He has retired and kept his policy with them. Every time he gets money is his account clientele deduct as they please. they deduct more than once, they basically clean out the account. we went to their offices and they were useless as expected, we tried to stop the debit orders with the bank but that still produced no results. The past weekend clientele deducted up to 4 times. how does such big companies **** pensioners?? all over the tv being a ******* at the end of the day? and they are so useless when talking to them on the phone.
