Clientele

After canceling my investment policy and being refunded during the course of Feb by clientele.... I was still debited by clientele R400 of which I don't understand why or how. I called 3 different times, their staff has the worst attitude, the lady kept cutting me off while I was speaking. Eventually this morning I received my refund only it's now R280 instead of the R400 that was actually taken from my account. Now after all this run around, im supposed to call clientele to find out what happened to the rest of my money? Between FNB and Clientele I don't know who's getting better at this money *****ing game
