Clientele are very cruel talk different story try to defend them self even they is evidence un professional
I’m Slungile Mkhwa**** I had a problem with clientele hospital plan gave me a problem doesn’t want to pay they said no need to be hospitalised and they said I must complain and escalate I did I sent email they refused to pay even I sent all evidence pls talk them on that email pls my id no ***080 my complain no CER801205 pls use this email ***

09 Jan 2026, 16:01I tried to send all relevant information but help Peter doesn’t recognise they said no need I was very sick I sent motivation letter and bloods to complains they didn’t come back to me this company supposed to tell us if it difficult to pay not to be cruel everything is clear I was sick
