I have tried without any success to get the monthly deductions cancelled, they just keep reintroducing with a higher deduction. Emails and phone calls do not get any action. I have had at least 6 unwanted monthly deductions from my banking account together with two charges from Nedbank to stop the debit orders of R10 and now R170 that just does not stop.
