First of all, these agents that are stationed at the malls are *****s and should be arrested. I was approached by a Luyanda at Tsakane Mall. It was a busy day for me, but I took a minute to listen. All he kept saying was "It's for free, it's for free" and "It's not a policy. You pay for what you use." He ended up signing me up for the Royalties nonsense. I kept asking him if he was sure it's Free, I cannot pay for anything because I am unemployed. He kept assuring me that I should not worry. If I decide to use the vouchers, then I will pay R170. I never ended up using the vouchers. Surprise, surprise, DEBIT ORDER!. Now cancelling the thing is an absolute nightmare. The whatsapp number keeps replying, "Our agents are unavailable." I sent numerous call backs and I'm still waiting. I sent an email, and I did not even get an acknowledgement of the email. I ended up taking airtime in advance to phone them; they keep saying, "I can't hear you," and then the line disconnects. I need someone from this clientele royalty thing to phone me back urgently. I need this nonsense cancelled and my money refunded urgently. Why would an unemployed person sign up for monthly debit orders? Does that make any sense?
