Clientele absolutely USELESS !!!!

A friend of mine has died. He took out a FUNERAL policy 15 years ago. Clientele won't pay out the FUNERAL policy because they tell me the 2 beneficiaries on the policy are both dead, one of which is the policy holder. HOW can a policy holder for a FUNERAL policy be accepted by Clientele as a beneficiary !!!!!!! So they've been happy to take the money for 15 years, but won't pay out within 7 days for FUNERAL costs !!!! They will ONLY pay the policy into the Estate and not for the FUNERAL costs, which is the exact purpose & reason the policy was taken out. If you decide to use them for a FUNERAL policy, do not nominate yourself, being the POLICY HOLDER, as a beneficiary (because you will be dead at the time) and ensure nominated beneficiaries are still alive upon your death.
