Clientele

I have had a previous loan from clientele which was paid up. Then I noticed there were deductions on my bank account which after getting in touch with them found out it is for a new loan. So to make sure that I have actually taken this loan I requested proof that I had signed such an agreement. After numerous occasions requesting the agreement someone from clientele advised me to look in my spam folder which I did and found numerous mails from them but nothing with my signature on. Finally I got through to someone who told me that they actually don't do written agreements it is voice recorded agreements. Ok great please send me a voice recorded agreement then,as per the call,no problem it will take 3 to 4 weeks.After the time lapsed I called again,only to be told I first need to go get an affidavit which I did and sent it through and still I have no proof. the time in which this all happened is about 8 months now,I used to be harassed with phone calls and after about 10 times explaining the dilemma to various ppl calling I told them I would sue them for harassment,the calls eventually stopped and then today I got an sms to say they were handing it over to itc &amp
