Clientel is disorganised and *********** clients

Clientel has let me down many times before, I gave them another chance with taking the rewards plan. At first I could not get the SIM card till long after they debited from me. Again they debited before our agreed time, on the 30th Aug., till now I have not been credited my airtime and my complained to them was ignored. I do not advise people who have not signed up with Clientel to do that as they are still showing a high level of incompetence.
