Clientel is a ****

My name is sebolelo sobane I've an issue with this company I've blocked them on the debit order that I didn't allow them to it's been two months now they've been debiting on my account on Capitec even though it's been blocked clientel is a **** when Ive never gave them any authority to debit hence I was waiting on their call but since then I choose not to continue with the policy but they kept debiting my account I've called them to reverse the money with no luck please help me hellopeter
