Policy with Clientele Perks. I stopped the debit order of R160 early last month on the above policy in early December 2026. However, they change the debit order amount to R170 so that payment can still go through. I was unable to reverse the payment with my bank. This is *****ulent as I cancelled the policy by email and debit order stopped. The matter will be taken up with the Ombudsman for this ******** event,
But you must cancel this policy urgently.
