Cliente hospital insurance bogus

My husband had a stroke on 21/3/17. He as admitted to hospital and after three days I contacted clientele, as they originally told us that they would pay out whilst you are in hospital. They told me that I can only claim once he had been discharged. I did this after they asked for an unbelivable amount of documents like hospital records, all test results, cerified copy of ID etc. Once I sent everything in with the claim forms which had to be filled by my GP and the Physician which is 90kms away, I heard nothing until I started sending emails. I as told that the claim was being processed and it would take 48-72 hours for the money to be paid out. Well, my husband has been home since the 25/3 and still nothing has been paid.

We have 4 policies with these people and they dedit our account every month but when it comes to paying out, they just drag things out. FALSE ADVERTISING!!

I sent that statement a week ago and only now I am being told that you need a bank stamp on it? Why was this not done when the bank statement was requested? This is not acceptable cvustomer service
