Claim problem

Hi good day my name is Magdelena Rens iv open a policie for my ant,husband and her 5 children and the day when iv opend it iv took 7 id copies to them and then my premium was 475 every month and they deduct it from my bank accnt iv got it for 2 years so my nephew has passed on then i call them and told them i want to claim for the person who passed on than they told me they only see 2 people who has been covered on the plan and iv ask them how can it be the day iv open it i did cover myself and seven people so is it possible that u can help me found out whts the problem and if they cant pay out the claim ammount then they must give my premies back coz they are busy making me angry and i ask the consultant to somme cancel that policies and she said no i must wait let them investigate it but still nothing has been heard from them please assist me by than just give my premies back
